to H.M.G. (including the Treasury), that
it would be worth while spending the money
necessary to ac ieve the original aims of
the University. It was agreed that for
present purposes, the ultimate cooperation
of the Chinese should be assumed.
The Secretary was asked to collate the
proposals maue in papers already circulated
for the extension or the University, and
Mr. Sloss was asked to make a note on the
University Library still extant in Hong Kong.
It was decided that future meetings of
the Committee should be held on March 4th,
March 11th and March 25th.
